Zoe Leigh Turner (she/her) is a multimedia artist working primarily in painting, photography, and printmaking. She was born in 2001 and grew up in Gastonia, NC, where she also currently resides. From an early age, Zoe was involved in creative practices. Art and theatre have been constant presences in her life. She received her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Photography with minors in Theatre and Art History from University of North Carolina at Charlotte in December 2024. Recently, her work has been shown in the group show “The Shelf Life of Grief” at Goodyear Arts in February 2024 and her first solo show “(in)Visible” at the Popp Martin Student Union Art Gallery in August 2024. Zoe was a member of the Art and Architecture Honors Program at UNC Charlotte and the 2024-2025 recipient of the Roderick MacKillop Memorial Painting Merit Scholarship.
